Introduction

Characteristics of valve
1. The structure adopts the semi-axis structure, the 90 degree operation is fast to open; The plate has high strength, large flow area, small flow resistance and energy saving.
2. The medium can flow from both sides of the flange disc valve in any direction, can achieve the purpose of connecting or cutting off.
3. No taper pin structure design: the transmission connection between the valve shaft and the valve plate adopts the form of hexagonal connection, which effectively solves the leakage and falling off hidden dangers of the original middle line valve cone pin, greatly improves the valve sealing performance and operation safety, and completely solves the problem of falling off the original middle line butterfly valve cone pin.
4. Good sealing performance: Because the valve adopts no pin design, it completely solves the problem of cone pin leakage of the original middle line butterfly valve; The valve seat adopts the integral vulcanization process. On the one hand, the leakage problem between the valve seat and the body existing in the pressure test of the original middle line valve is solved. On the other hand, the side sealing surface of the vulcanized seat is wider and three O-ring type sealing waterlines are added to make the sealing with the pipe flange more reliable. The flange gasket is saved.
Precautions
1. The valve is installed on the pipeline for opening and closing, and can also be used for adjusting and throttling.
2. The valve can be installed in any direction.
3. Pipe and valve cavity should be cleaned before installation.
4. The valve shall not be subjected to large external forces after installation.
5. The valve is installed on the pipeline that is closed for a long time, and should be opened and closed regularly.
6. When the local minimum temperature is lower than 4℃, insulation protection should be taken; As the end valve should be used with pipe or jacket heating, to prevent the pipe wall temperature below 0℃.
7. It is strictly prohibited to install and use in the pipeline under vibration or the rapid change of medium temperature.
